This site provides information about Caventis's training programmes and a means of booking sessions. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All text, guides, frameworks and materials provided by Caventis, whether on this website or during sessions, remain the intellectual property of Caventis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participants may use written materials for their own reporting work but may not redistribute or resell them.

Participants are responsible for applying the methods taught in a lawful manner. Caventis teaches techniques based entirely on publicly available, lawfully accessible information, and expects participants to use them accordingly in their own work.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Sessions and materials are provided for educational purposes. Caventis makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any investigation or story a participant may pursue using these methods. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Caventis's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
